Villa Rusconi

Villa Rusconi is located near Mezzolara, a village of the Budrio county (8 km far from Budrio), not far from via Riccardina. The 18th-century building stands isolated in an ancient, luxurious park, rich in rare botanical species.

The Villa, whose original construction dates back to the 15th century, was altered several times and, in 1813, bought by the Rusconi family from the Malvezzi Marquis.

This villa belongs to the Comune di Budrio now and is temporarily closed for repairs; so, it can be seen only from the outside.
