A cheese factory runned by three generations of one family. From sunrise to sunset, the fresh milk is processed into the king of cheese: Parmigiano-Reggiano.
In addition to the Parmigiano-Reggiano, on sale every day at the store are:
- cheese, butter, cottage cheese, yogurt;
- fresh meats, both in traditional cuts and for food preparation
- cold cuts of artisan production, like ham, pork rinds, "coppa", bacon and sausages, among them the exquisite Salami of San Giovanni.
The cheese factory is a member of the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium.
