Six dinners dedicated to the food tradition of Emilia-Romagna in the typical village of Borgata Città (8 km from San Giovanni in Persiceto).

On the occasion of the town festival, this year in its 42nd edition, the small square of Borgata, surrounded by pitoresque buildings, becomes a restaurant en plein air, provided with wooden tables and benches, where to taste the local specialties prepared by the cooks of the feast.

The menu includes tortellini al ragù, pappardelle (fresh pasta) with hare meat sauce, pasta "woodsman-style", stewed donkey, grilled meat, polenta (cornmeal mush) and mixed fried fish. A glass of lambrusco or sangiovese wine completes the dinner.

Each evening is liven up by music and traditional games.
