Trattoria Wilma

Placed along Strada Provinciale 4, the long road that connects Bologna and Ferrara, just before the border between the two provinces you will find the village of San Vincenzo di Galliera.

In 1951 Lucia Bardasi opened the tavern and grocery store, while her husband worked in the countryside. She fried "crescentine" (fried leavened dough), she made "tagliatelle" (hand-made noodles with eggs and flour), but also sandwiches for Sunday snacks. In the early '70s her daughter Wilma trasformed the place in a restaurant keeping the tradition of hand-made pasta. You can also choose the tasting menu.

Recognized by the DegustiBO brand, the restaurant ensures that there are seasonal menus composed exclusively of specialties from Bologna, prepared mainly using local and regional products.

Trattoria Wilma is also accredited as Bottega Storica, that is to say historical shop of Provincia di Bologna, qualification awarded to the activities in life for over 50 years, as a precious witness of the past and of the local traditions.
