Open since 1937, the premises are managed Rimondi family, in its third generation. A setting with an ancient look, two rooms with tables and chairs in solid wood and two wood-burning fireplaces. Founded by Luigi, the restaurant went to his son Giuseppe and now it is managed by his grandson Luigi.
Menu based on seafood, which arrives every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from the Adriatic sea of Porto Garibaldi to be processed simply in order to enhance the raw ingredients. Among appetizers it is worth noting the mix of raw fish, varying on the season and on the demand on the market. On request it is possible to eat a venison based menu.
The restaurant is accreditated as "Bottega Storica" (historical shop), that is to say historical shop of Provincia di Bologna, qualification awarded to the activities in life for over 50 years, as a precious witness of the past and of the local traditions. It is also reported on the Touring club and Michelin guide, that gives it two forks of the very comfortable premises.
