Premises with a long history beginning in 1962, when the grandmother Adelaide Pizzi, known in the village with the nickname of Mavròuna, opened a workshop of fresh pasta. The small shop moved to the centre of Sant'Agata and, in 1968, the owner was joined by her daughter Laura Zambelli with her husband Franco Serra, already known in the nearby with the nickname of Taiadéla (in dialect: hand made noodles): the shop of pasta makers added gradually also that of delicatessen shop.
In 1984, with the collaboration of the sons of Laura e Franco, the idea to start a real restaurant. Alongside the establishment of Lamborghini cars the restaurant opens with the sign of Bugs Bunny but usually called "Da Taiadela" and where still now work together all generations of the families Serra and Zambelli.
The people actually at work are Graziano e Fabio, who closely follow the organization of every events and details, with a particular attention for organic ingredients. Since April 2012 Roberto Bettoni is the restaurant manager and receptionist.
