An intimate and friendly atmosphere for a place where all efforts are directed to a tasty and creative cuisine, alternating meat and fish. A short menu, where alongside with "tortellini in brodo" (soup of hand made pasta with meat filling), there are dishes with seasonal ingredients. Among the desserts "sfogliatine al finocchio con ricotta morbida e frullato di mirtillo" (puff pastry with fennel, ricotta cheese and blueberries smoothie) and "tartara di prugne secche con gelato e croccante all'arancio" (dried plums tartare with ice cream and crunchy almonds with orange).

 

The restaurant is managed by chef Dino Baldini, who opened it in 1996 December 1 after nearly two decades in important restaurants in New York (San Domenico), in Switzerland and then in Bologna.

 

Reported by the Michelin guide with a fork because of its "high quality cuisine". It is mentioned also by Gambero Rosso guide and on the Slow food and Touring club guide.
