A trattoria opened since 1960, where it is better to reserve a table even for the lunch in a working day. In the kitchen Mrs Gina is supported by a cook and by collaborators to prepare typical Bolognese dishes. In the dining room the efficient service of those who are accustomed to a constant turnout.


The pasta dishes are made with the rolling pin and are the strong point of the restaurant: "tortellini" (hand made pasta with meat filling) in broth or even with a cream sauce, "tagliatelle con ragù" (noodles with meat sauce) with a thick dough thinly sliced, "passatelli" (small cylinders made with eggs, Parmigiano cheese and breadcrumbs).


The meat dishes vary with the season: courgettes stuffed with ground beef, fried cod with "polenta" (sort of porridge made by corn flour), meatballs. Desserts of the local tradition: "zuppa inglese" (sort of trifle), "panna cotta" (pudding with cream base), crème caramel, "gelato" (ice cream), "torta di riso" (rice cake).


The restaurant is recommended by Mangiarozzo guide by Carlo Cambi among the Italian taverns and inns where "to eat well and to spend less".
