"Il Ristorantino" proposes a cuisine carefully made with selected ingredients, where an important role is played by traditional Bolognese recipes, seasonal dishes and specialties made with game, mushrooms and truffles

 

In this family-run restaurant, characterized by a quiet atmosphere, the regional culinary tradition is elaborated by chef Dino Marchesini with a personal creative touch and is matched with a wide selection of wines, that can be consulted also on the restaurant website (see details below).

 

Starting point of the Ristorantino cuisine are the ingredients, selected on a quality, freshness and genuinity basis. They find place in the old recipes Dino inherited from his mother, Emiliana and expert amateur cook. Fresh pasta, for exaple, is homemade with local wheat flour and eggs from free-range hens.

 

Thursday and Friday's specials are dishes made with catch of the day (fish). During fall, on availability, the menu includes also Caesar's and porcino mushroom and white truffle.
