A new branch of the Archaeological environmental museum was inaugurated in Sant’Agata Bolognese on the 23rd October 2010, with the exhibition "Archaeological finds dating back to the Bronze Age in the Bolognese plain between the Samoggia and the Panaro river".
This area was a densely populated region, which owed its prosperity to its rich soil as well as its efficient economic and social organization.
The book "Archaeological finds dating back to the Bronze Age in the Bolognese plain between the Samoggia and the Panaro rivers" by Maurizio Cattani, Marco Marchesini and Silvia Marvelli, is published by Centro Stampa della Regione Emilia-Romagna, Bologna, October 2010.
People have to apply to the secretary's office of the Archaeological Environmental Museum to get the book.
