Autumn, the grape-harvesting season, is an ideal moment to prepare the “sughi d’uva”, delicious spoon desserts made from cooked must of black or white grapes.
Apart from must, other simple ingredients of this ancient recipe are sugar and flour. They can be eaten on their own or accompanied with fine cheese.
