Passed over from a generation to the next, this dairy is specialized in the production of Parmigiano-Reggiano from 1959. From 1997 the Parmesan is produced according to organic standards. A special butter is made from the cream obtained during the natural process of making the king of cheese.

 

A store is open every Saturday. Here it is possible to buy organic Parmigiano-Reggiano, but also butter, cold cuts, ricotta, cheese, organic local wines, organic fruit compotes.

 

Groups visits to the cheese factory can be booked by appointment.

 

The Sant'Anna cheese factory is a member of the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium.
