A building which offers a wooden porch and various tables scattered around the garden that surrounds the kiosk. The service is simple, the staff is very friendly and easygoing.
You can taste the crescentine , a fried dough dumpling, typical of the Bolognese cuisine, and the tigelle, a small rounded focaccia bread baked in a specific pan on the burner, which is typical of the Emilian Apennine area.
The typical stuffing are: cold cuts, local cheese, mountain pesto from Modena or the so-called cunza, a raw condiment made of lard, rosemary, garlic and grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
Another side dish is the friggione, a speciality made of white onions and tomatoes, whose receipt has been registered to the Italian Academy of Cuisine by the Chamber of Commerce of Bologna in 2004.
